A few weeks ago, Hannah and I went to Kristin Root's house to have her 1 year pictures taken. It was so much fun and Hannah did a great job. Kristin finally got the pictures up on her website, so go here to check them out. It is going to be tough to pick a few of these out!

Last Thursday, we were fortunate enough to gather ALL of Dylan and Hannah's great-grandmothers & grandmothers for a picture! What a blessing to have all these wonderful, Christian woman a part of our lives! We love you all dearly!

Happy 1st Birthday

Thursday was Hannah's first birthday! Wow, how a year flies! Our little girl is not so little anymore. She's busy talking, walking, climbing, eating, and just plain having fun! What a fun year this has been. Here are some of her favorite things---

• Making animal sounds (baa, moo, woof, and roar are her favorites)
• Climbing the stairs and looking to see if we're following her
• Playing with Dylan's toys
• Looking at books ("Pat the Bunny" is her favorite!)
• Bathtime!
• Laughing at herself

And she's such a girl! She tries to make a necklace out of whatever she can. She'll get into her closet and try putting on her clothes. When she was opening her birthday gifts, she had to have her little bracelet and shoved her toys to the side so she could try on her new dress! How fun to have a little girl! Dylan shoved the clothing away to play with the toys!

Hannah also went to see Dr. Pott yesterday. She's doing great... although we need to get her liking her cup a little more and liking her bottle a little less! She gained 2 lbs and grew 1 1/2" in the past 3 months so she's up to 19.4 lbs and 28", which is 20th %ile for both. The bummer of those numbers is that we can't turn her car seat around yet! It shouldn't be long though. She's eating like a horse!
