Wabasis Lake Camping Weekend

This past weekend, we went camping to Wabasis Lake with a group from church. We arrived Thursday to cool weather, which was much better than last year's 95 degree temps! We enjoyed playing at the beach, digging in the dirt, making Native American necklaces and headbands at the Nature Center, playing at the playground, fishing, & camp fires. It was great to be with friends and get into God's amazing creation for a long weekend. Hopefully we can do it again this summer or fall before Dad sells the trailer!

Wow, what a treat to find all of these posts and photos of Dylan (and of you and Jon too!). I'm so glad you're blogging!

Looks like you're having fun this summer. I wish I had as many birthday celebrations as Dylan has!!! :-)

We just love Wabasis! We need to use the trailer as much as possible before it sells. Maybe it won't sell until next year?!

Hmm... yeah how about "Takara-Julie" for a name!? One of my girls is named that! She won't be able to pronounce it until she's in middle school :)
